Join author Alison DeNicola and artist Theresa Bates for an afternoon workshop to awaken your creative and intuitive vision for the year ahead. The year 2024 is an 8 year in numerology- the year if infinite possibilities, renewal and growth.  Using guided meditation, creative play and vision boarding, we will each work on our own personal vision guide for the year ahead.

This workshop is a fun and insightful combination of mindfulness and art. It is a perfect way to unblock the life-force energy that wants and needs to flow freely for being creative, setting intentions, processing life events, reflecting on the past and recording the present.

Feel free to being any personal talismans you have collected and would like to create with as well as your intentions and dreams for the year ahead.
