About the Event
Join me for an experiential afternoon to dive into your unique energy body and awaken the 5 elements. Using mudras and other practices, we will access our unique five element combination – earth, water, fire, air and space- for balance and healing. When you balance your energy, all areas of your life will improve.
The five elements are the basis of all matter and are expressed in our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Through this workshop you will learn:
- How the five elements show up in your body, emotions and mind as imbalances
- The sense, chakra, movement, symbol and astrology connected to each element
- The koshas and how they relate to our energy body
- Specific mudras to balance and harmonize the elements
- How to use daily practices to stay centered, grounded and open
